Terra Nostra Garden Hotel Nominated for Leading Boutique Hotel
AwardsTerra Nostra Garden Hotel has been nominated for Portugal’s Leading Boutique Hotel at the 33rd edition of the World Travel Awards 2026, one of the most prestigious distinctions in the industry. The award annually recognizes projects that raise the standards of excellence, innovation, and quality in hospitality at both European and global levels.
Inaugurated in 1935, Terra Nostra Garden Hotel is one of the finest examples in Portugal of elegance, hospitality, history, and the celebration of natural heritage. For this nomination, the jury considered all these attributes, along with the comfort and design of the rooms—some of which feature original Art Deco pieces—the refined TN Restaurant, where the authentic flavors of Azorean produce take center stage, and the immersive experience guests enjoy, including the opportunity to explore the magnificent Parque Terra Nostra and bathe in its unique thermal pool.
Voting for the World Travel Awards is open here until August 14, and the winner will be announced during the awards ceremony scheduled for November 28, in Tanzania.
