Bensaude Hotels Collection incorporates the Caloura Hotel Resort in its portfolio.
InstitutionalThis strategic move consolidates Bensaude Group's presence in the Azores, where it now owns six hotels on the island of São Miguel, two on the island of Terceira and one on the island of Faial.
The agreement between Caloura Hotel Resort, S.A. and Bensaude Turismo, SGPS reinforces Bensaude Hotels Collection's commitment to expanding its range of quality accommodation in the Azores in order to respond to the growing demand from tourists.
The Caloura Hotel Resort is located in the south coast of the island of S. Miguel, in the bay of Baixa da Areia, in a protected natural area, with direct access to the sea and natural pools. It has an outdoor swimming pool, gym, sauna, tennis court, restaurant and 80 accommodation units, including double rooms, family rooms and suites, all with privileged sea views.
By acquiring the Caloura Hotel Resort, Bensaude Hotels Collection is committed to preserving the legacy of that unit, as well as the continuity of its teams, a central element of its future development project.
