This is the best 3-star hotel I have ever been to.
I have stayed in many hotels and I must admit that this is the best 3-star hotel I have ever been to. The room is spacious with a fantastic bed, the bathroom is also quite large, but more efficient ventilation could be considered. The cleaning service deserves special praise, they are perfect. The buffet breakfasts are varied and of very good quality, and I will miss the coffee from the coffee machine for a long time. In addition, the location in the center allows you to explore the entire island using nearby public transport.

A really lovely hotel: nice and clean rooms with effective air conditioning, good breakfast, helpful and nice staff. Definitely very good value for money. The location is perfect. It is near to the shoreline but at the same time walking distance to town centre.
Great choice for center of town!
The hotel was very nice, clean, centrally located to all we wanted to do. A block from the water and close to shops and many restaurants. The staff was friendly and helpful, everyone spoke English. Breakfast was excellent, lots of choices and plentiful, fresh fruits, breads, pastries, eggs, meats and cheeses.

This is a decent hotel with the stand out feature being their friendly, helpful staff. Beatriz, Paulo and Joyce in particular went out of their way to be helpful and friendly. But all the staff we met were welcoming. The rooms are clean and the beds comfortable. The breakfast ample and available for a decent period in the morning. They arranged a very good car hire for us too.

The Neat hotel was clean, great location and the front desk very helpful. They found a tea kettle and cup for us just after check in.

Clean room with an excellent location. Perfect place to make your base to explore island. Stayed for 5 nights and found it to be really nice. Room was clean and comfortable, great beds. Staff were efficient and friendly when engaged. Great breakfast on offer and the people working the breakfast room are super nice. Location is on water and walkable all over center. Highly recommend.
