Hotel Marina Atlântico is absolutely fabulous! As wonderful as the hotel itself is, what really made my stay exceptional were a few amazing people at the front desk. During the day, Ana and Rita were truly outstanding — warm, helpful, and always ready with a smile. They helped with dinner reservations, called taxis, and gave fantastic recommendations for local restaurants and fun things to do. In the evenings, André was just as excellent — professional, courteous, and incredibly helpful. Their personal touch and genuine hospitality made all the difference. I highly recommend Hotel Marina Atlântico!

A beautiful upscale hotel
This was our first trip to Sao miguel and weren’t sure where to stay. We decided to stay at the Hotel Marina because of the reviews and it did not disappoint! It was a beautiful upscale hotel, the staff was very friendly and helpfull! The rooms were spacious and had a fresh 1 liter water bottle every day in the rooms. They had a good size pool and a bar! The hotel was in a great location. We will be back, hopefully next year! To visit family again!

Manager Miguel, concierge Maria, hostesses Sonia and Luana, and all other service staff were friendly, gracious, helpful, and simply top notch. The hotel is beautiful, and in the best (i.e. most gorgeous and convenient) of Sao Miguel locations.

Beautiful hotel
Beautiful hotel. Kind and accommodating staff. Incredible breakfast buffet. Indoor pool, jacuzzi, sauna. Highly recommend.

Loved view and location. We had a lovely balcony overlooking the sea. Breakfast was good. We were only in town for 1 night, will stay longer next time and use the pool and spa.

The staff were very pleasant and welcoming. They offered to phone the the Taxis for me as I don't speak Portuguese. The hotel is stunning with beautiful view of the cruise port and close walking distance to the city centre.
