The hotel is well located with plenty of on site parking, 10-12 minute walk to the center. The staff was super helpful. Breakfast was okay. WiFi was good. The room was clean and the bathroom was great. The bed was super comfortable.

We stood at this hotel for 2 weeks and had a great experience. Location is great, 10 minute walk to the city gates. Short walk to several restaurants, the mall, snack shops/cafes supermarkets and pharmacy. Everything you need is within walking distance. All the staff were very friendly, everything was clean and smelled clean. The hotel was recently renovated so everything was new. Breakfast was excellent, fruits and cheeses were always so fresh. Check in is at 3 but our flight was early in the morning so we went to hotel to drop off our bags and they let us check in early as the room was ready. There really is nothing negative to say about this hotel, we would defiantly stay again.
A truly wonderful hotel.
A truly wonderful hotel. It was great that they had family rooms, so our daughter didn’t have to sleep on a fold-out bed or couch. Super clean and friendly staff. The rooms are also spacious. You can also pick up towels at the front desk for the thermal baths. It’s really ideal.

We only stayed here for one night prior to flying back to the UK. We were really impressed with the hotel and the friendly staff. Our room was cool, clean and nicely decorated, and had a kettle and tea and coffee sachets. We also had a knock on the door and were presented with two cakes and some water which was a nice touch! We opted for the buffet dinner which was very tasty with lots of choice. Definitely recommend the hotel for a short or longer stay!

Afonso deserves special mention—he recommended all the highlights to us and marked them on the map. O quarto era excelente e super limpo. O hotel apesar de ter bastantes hóspedes era super sossegado e tranquilo. A localização central em Ponta Delgada possibilita passeios a pé ou uma rápida saída de carro para fora da cidade.
