Very warm welcome, always with a smile. The room was very good—clean and functional. Breakfast was also very good, generous and with a wide variety of options. The hotel is located about a 10-minute walk from the city centre, so it is well situated. The view from the room was pleasant, and the hotel parking was convenient.

Stayed for a very short, 1 night visit. Room was fitted to a modern standard and appeared to be recently renovated. Breakfast was perfectly adequate. Location was very convenient for dinner and drinks in the evening. Very convenient from the airport too.

Hotel has recently been renovated. Wonderful lighting! Breakfast buffet has five different stations with many food options. Dinner is available also at the bar with excellent prices. The front desk staff will answer every question you have and will provide ideas of things to do.

Devo dizer que cada vez percebo mais, o porquê de quem fica no São Miguel Park só quer voltar a ele nas suas visitas a Ponta Delgada… tivemos um receção impecável por parte da Filipa e da Maria, bem como um jantar incrível e um apoio muito profissional por parte do Samuel. O quarto é lindíssimo especialmente após a renovação, super espaçoso, confortável, moderno.

O quarto era excelente e super limpo. O hotel apesar de ter bastantes hóspedes era super sossegado e tranquilo. A localização central em Ponta Delgada possibilita passeios a pé ou uma rápida saída de carro para fora da cidade.
