We booked two suites. The hotel exceeded our expectations in every way from the rooms themselves, clean and comfortable, breathtaking views from our balconies of the ocean, to the friendly staff, to the delicious breakfast every morning, to the most convenient location in the heart of Ponta Delgada! We will definitely be back and look forward to staying here again to explore more of São Miguel Island.

Very close to city center, parking on the street nearby, easy access from all direction by car. Very friendly staff, ready to help. Nice swimming pool. Large room, very clean and confortable. Good breakfast.

Great hotel on the ocean front. Rooms are modern and comfortable. Lobby and bar are elegant. Breakfast buffet is extensive. Staff are great, especially those at the front desk, who are very helpful with information and making restaurant reservations. Lots of good restaurants on the bay across the street. Strongly recommended.

Just wrapped up a 7 night stay at this beautiful property for our first visit to the Azores. The property, service, rooms, location all incredible and made this trip extra magical. I want to give a special shoutout to Antonio the Asst Manager who went out of his way throughout the stay to make my family’s experience quite special and memorable! His warmth, depth of knowledge, consummate professionalism is something I wish we saw more of throughout the industry. Thank you for making this trip one my family and I will never forget
 

This hotel was a dream. Great service, comfortable rooms, impeccable location, valet parking, yummy breakfast!! So many great touches, I really felt like I could relax and enjoy my vacation to its fullest here.

Superb hotel! Incredible service! Great location! Well priced rooms! We enjoyed our stay and the hotel was a great part of that enjoyment. The food was absolutely fantastic at the restaurant and the breakfast in the morning was grand!

From the moment we arrived at the hotel, we felt taken care of in every aspect and I from the valet service to the hotel concierge. They have everything that you possibly need and are super friendly and inviting. The breakfast was amazing and our room was fabulous. We definitely plan on staying here again next time we’re here!
 

Extremely satisfied with this hotel and the staff. Shoutout to Miguel that checked us in as soon as we arrived from the airport and it was such a relief as we were really tired and it was 7 o clock in the morning. The room is spacious and comfortable. The bathroom is beautiful and every details deserves a 5 star label. The breakfast is a buffet style and has so many options, including smoked salmon, fresh juices, champagne, fresh fruits, cheeses,etc. I would happily stay here again on the next trip to this beautiful island. We had dinner one night at the Balcony hotel and it was exquisite. No request was ever too much for the staff at this hotel. Such a great experience! Well done!
 

This is our second time staying at Grand Hotel Acores Atlantico. Great location. Clean and comfortable. Shout out to the friendly doormen/valets Paulo and Rui. They always greeted with a smile and advised on things to do in the city. Can't wait to see you again next year :)
 

Beautiful hotel and top notch service. This hotel treats you so well, from the doorman, the valet, the check in and of course the restaurants. We loved our stay here. 100% would stay here again. So many little extras made it even more special.
