TripAdvisor Travellers’ Choice Best of the Best 2025

The distinction awarded to the Grand Hotel Açores Atlântico’s restaurant with the Travellers' Choice Best of the Best 2025 in the "Fine Dining" category is Tripadvisor’s highest recognition. It places the BALCONY Restaurant among the best in the world, an unprecedented achievement for the restaurant, the hotel, and Bensaude Hotels, as this is the first time a restaurant from the Group has received this award.

BALCONY Restaurant has also entered Portugal’s TOP 25 in “Fine Dining”, where it holds the 18th position. This select ranking includes some of the country’s best restaurants, many of which have Michelin stars.

Over the next 12 months, BALCONY Restaurant will be the only restaurant in the Azores to hold the Travellers' Choice Best of the Best 2025 title in the "Fine Dining" category.
