Convenient location for exploring the city. Multiple restaurants nearby. Big parking. Very clean hotel with friendly staff. Indoor and outdoor pools with towels provided. The restaurant offers breakfast, lunch and dinner buffet for an affordable price. There's also a good choice of snacks and drinks at the bar. Nice view from the balcony overlooking the city, ocean and airport.

Good and convenient location near the old town of Ponta Delgada. Good starting point for activities in the western part of the island (e.g. Caldeira of Sete Cidades). Modernly equipped and clean rooms as well as friendly service. Numerous free parking spaces on the hotel premises. Recommended.

I would highly recommend this hotel! The hotel recently had a renovation, making it bright clean and fresh- but the best part was the staff. Everyone working was warm and welcoming. The front desk staff had an umbrella ready to offer us in the rain, extra towels for our excursions where we might get wet: nothing was a problem they couldn’t help with. The restaurant staff were so friendly. They remembered us, always had a smile and made time for a friendly chat, and the food was quite delicious. I would highly recommend this restaurant. It is about a 7 minute walk to the pier with views of the ocean from our rooms. Don’t hesitate to stay here- it was really wonderful!!

Highly recommended! I felt right at home at this hotel from the very first moment. The welcome was warm and professional; you immediately felt truly welcome, not just like you were being checked in quickly. Everything looked modern, high-quality, and very well-maintained. The room was spotlessly clean, tastefully decorated, and simply a pleasant place to unwind and relax. I’d especially like to highlight the service. The entire team was friendly, attentive, and helpful at all times—whether answering questions, fulfilling small requests, or offering tips on the surrounding area. You really feel well taken care of, without it ever feeling forced. Breakfast was also top-notch: a wide selection, fresh ingredients, and everything lovingly presented. A perfect start to the day. With the windows closed, however, the room is pleasantly quiet, so sleep isn’t disturbed at all. Overall, a hotel with a genuine feel-good atmosphere, high quality, and great attention to detail. We’d love to come back and can absolutely recommend it.

We had a very nice room with a great terrace and a view of the city and the harbor. The staff was very friendly. Afonso deserves special mention—he recommended all the highlights to us and marked them on the map. He also did an excellent job arranging a restaurant reservation in Furnas and providing restaurant recommendations, including making a table reservation. Thank you very much!

After recent renovations, this hotel is hitting all the marks. Room was updated, clean, bright, and cozy. The staff were friendly and helpful. Parking was easy. Location is central and still easy access to the express way. The breakfast buffet was also top tier each day. Would happily return to the island and this hotel!

I had a wonderful stay at São Miguel Park Hotel. The beds were by far the most comfortable I’ve slept in in a very long time. The linens were soft and luxurious, and the towels were spotless and fresh. The room was beautifully designed, well-appointed, and had everything I needed. Every detail made the stay feel comfortable and relaxing. The breakfast was excellent, with a wide variety of delicious options to choose from each morning. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and extremely helpful throughout my stay, always happy to assist with anything I needed. Overall, everything was honestly perfect. I would highly recommend São Miguel Park Hotel to anyone visiting São Miguel and would definitely stay here again!

O quarto era excelente e super limpo. O hotel apesar de ter bastantes hóspedes era super sossegado e tranquilo. A localização central em Ponta Delgada possibilita passeios a pé ou uma rápida saída de carro para fora da cidade.
