Nice new hotel. Very conveniently located to all Ponta Delgada and São Miguel activities. Only about 10 minutes from the airport. The staff was great. We had a couple of days where the weather was bad and our planned activities (whale watching) was cancelled. The front desk manager provided us some great alternatives and that worked out really well. Nice restaurant. Good breakfast buffet and dinner buffet (that was included in our tour through Headwater). Free parking and free WiFi worked well.

Ammmaaazing hotel! Wish I had stayed longer there. Service up to 100% and rooms very recently renovated. Will definitely stay again!

This beautiful, newly-decorated design hotel is located in the heart of Ponta Delgada. The room was very comfortable and charming with a comfortable bed and pillows. The shower is amazing. There is a good breakfast buffet. There is also a lovely swimming pool.

Great location and close to the airport. Fantastic breakfast with more choices then one could imagine. Wonderful staff and a very easy walk to the marina and the shops.. We definitely go there again.

I would highly recommend this hotel! The hotel recently had a renovation, making it bright clean and fresh- but the best part was the staff. Everyone working was warm and welcoming. The front desk staff had an umbrella ready to offer us in the rain, extra towels for our excursions where we might get wet: nothing was a problem they couldn’t help with. The restaurant staff were so friendly. They remembered us, always had a smile and made time for a friendly chat, and the food was quite delicious. I would highly recommend this restaurant. It is about a 7 minute walk to the pier with views of the ocean from our rooms. Don’t hesitate to stay here- it was really wonderful!!

The staff were very attentive and friendly, breakfast and dinner were very extensive, and there was an indoor and outdoor pool with a jacuzzi. Everything was kept spotlessly clean and was a pleasant place to be.

We loved this hotel! From the start, the front desk team took the time to explain the island and things to do throughout our stay. They were always friendly when we needed something. The property is newly updated and beautiful. The complimentary breakfast in the morning was great addition. We will definitely look to stay here again when we come back!!

Just recently stayed in this renovated hotel and it met all our expectations. Room was fresh, clean and bright. We enjoyed the complimentary breakfast, it consisted of the basic breakfast fare along with a few Portuguese items. The location of this hotel could not be better. Between two smaller city parks, one with cocktails and the other with a delicious breakfast, worth checking out. Also within close walking distance to the centre of town and many restaurants. Ample parking for those with a rental car.

O quarto era excelente e super limpo. O hotel apesar de ter bastantes hóspedes era super sossegado e tranquilo. A localização central em Ponta Delgada possibilita passeios a pé ou uma rápida saída de carro para fora da cidade.
